British Swimming Media Guides

A media guide is a swimming-related press kit, distributed as a book or binder, and published before the start of major events. Read on to learn how to access the guides on-line.

British Swimming Media Guides feature information relating to a team's players, history, statistical records and other similar items. They are usually distributed to sports journalists to assist in their coverage of an event, but can be a great source of information for anyone interested in the world of swimming.

Below you will find Guides dating back to 2007. Up to 2010 these are in static PDF only. Simply click on the link to download them.

How to access PDFs from Web Books

From 2010 the Media Guides are available as Web Books or to download as interactive PDFs from Web Books. To access them:

  • Click on the link and the Guide will open as a Web Book
  • On the bottom of the screen will be a black bar. To download as an interactive PDF click on the download icon (seen right)
  • Note. The files are large and so will take a little time to download depending on your internet connection speed

If you have any problems please click here to contact the Web Team.
